Cancellation Policy:
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
At Ibhaa Clothing, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before proceeding with payment to ensure accuracy
Order Cancellations by Ibhaa Clothing:
If unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund without any liability.

Return Policy:
1. Immediate Action Required: Initiate the return process as soon as the product is delivered by sending an email to support@ibhaaclothing.com
2. Opening Video Mandatory: Include a clear, unedited video of the product being unboxed to validate your claim. This video serves as essential proof for processing your return.
Returns (Within India):
We accept returns only for the following reasons:
1. Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is received damaged or defective.
Return Process:
1. To initiate a return, send an email to support@ibhaaclothing.com with your return request.
2. Ensure the unboxing video is included, along with clear images of the product for verification.
3. The product must be returned in its original condition, including tags, labels, and packaging.
4. Items must be received back within 7 working days, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.
5. No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges, only returns in cases of damaged or defective products.
Returns (Outside India):
1. Products shipped outside India are not eligible for return due to our rigorous quality standards.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
1. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
2. Items that are worn, washed, used, or carry odors (e.g., perfume or body odor) will not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
     -> Custom-made or altered products.
     -> Stitched items, and special delivery orders.
